What is Twin Heart Meditation?
The Meditation on Twin Hearts (MTH) is an advanced meditation technique developed by Grand Master Choa Kok Sui. It works by simultaneously activating the heart chakra (anahata) and the crown chakra (sahasrara) — the "twin hearts" — to achieve higher states of consciousness.
Through this meditation, the practitioner first experiences loving-kindness and compassion by filling the heart with light, love and power. Then, blessings are projected to the entire earth, creating a positive impact on the collective consciousness.
