Courses & Workshops

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the course: 90% refund
• Cancellations made 3–7 days before the course: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 3 days before: No refund (credit toward future course)
• Once a course has started: No refund

Healing Sessions

• Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance: Full refund
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours: No refund
• No-shows: No refund

Products

Physical products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused and in original packaging. Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at refunds@pranauniverse.com with your order number and reason for refund. We will process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days.
