1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Pranauniverse website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services

Pranauniverse provides Pranic Healing sessions, courses, products, and related wellness services. Pranic Healing is a complementary energy healing practice and is not a substitute for conventional medical treatment.

3. Course Enrollment & Refund Policy

Course fees are non-refundable once the course has commenced. Cancellations made 48 hours before the course start time may be eligible for a credit toward a future course.

4. Healing Session Policy

Healing sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full.

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, content, and resources provided by Pranauniverse are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Pranauniverse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
